Margate’s Chuck Simons Is Honored with Dog Grooming Industry’s Most Prestigious Award AZUSA, Calif. – Simons is the inventor of The Groomer’s Helper Pet Handling System, a patented system that assists groomers with handling dogs and cats during grooming sessions which helps to reduce the likelihood of injury to the pet and the groomer, and also enables a single groomer to clip nails. The Oscars of competitive dog grooming, the Cardinal Crystal Grooming Achievement Awards, were held recently at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, with members of the industry gathering to honor the best and the brightest groomers, contest judges and pet salons of the year. Among the award recipients was Chuck Simons of Margate, who was presented with the David. G.
